From the Kobayashi Group comes their newest project, Alia. At its core, Alia is defined by innovation and its ability to artfully meld form with function. Natural, luxurious, and effortless, every element of our welcoming residence is brought to life with you in mind. Situated on Ala Moana Boulevard in the heart of Kaka‘ako, Alia represents the next evolution of luxury. Here, a deep consideration of natural surroundings allows for an elevated living experience with a minimal environmental footprint. This project is not yet built and is projected to complete in early 2027.
