Situated on Ala Moana Boulevard in the heart of Kaka‘ako, Alia represents the next evolution of luxury. Here, a deep consideration of natural surroundings allows for an elevated living experience with a minimal environmental footprint. This project is not yet built and is projected to complete in late 2026.
