Colony Surf is one of a handful of condominiums that are directly on a sandy beach at Diamond Head. It is the most well known of all the Gold Coast buildings…which is at the Luxury end of Waikiki. The sandy shoreline here meets the water at a spot into which many mountain streams flow, and as you swim here, you may reach a gentle jacuzzi-like pool of sparkling, active water. This apartment is priced low for the building ( and indeed the whole Coast ) because it does not have an Ocean or Diamond Head view. You get all the benefits of being in a famous building, at a price well under $ 1 million. The view is of the beach volleyball court of the Outrigger Canoe Club.
