Luana Waikiki is conveniently located on the Kalakaua Ave in Resort Mixed Zoning which allow the short term rentals. Well maintained, clean unit, especially Lanai renovation was done includes removal and installation of lanai sliding door, lanai railings and the lanai divider. There is No popcorn ceiling. Four guests can stay with sofa bed. Very resort-like feel by Hawaiian furniture and decoration. There are fitness center, pool, cabana, BBQ and community laundry.
