Home recently renovated with gray vinyl flooring, interior/exterior paint, new fixtures, freshly coated bathtubs, new bathroom vanities, etc. New split AC units recently installed to keep the home nice and cool. Kitchen is modern and sophisticated with a waterfall island, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and glossy white cabinets. Home is perfectly set up for multi-generational living; the back of the home has a living room, bedroom, a full bathroom with its own entry which could be easily sectioned off. There is also a studio upstairs with a full bathroom and separate entry. Good sized yard with a patio on the side and a huge mango tree in the back.
