“The Park on Ward” Howard Hughes 2 New Condos in Kakaako!

Howard Hughes is now planning to build 2 more condominiums in Ward Village in Kakaako!

One is going to be right at where Sport Authority was.
It is going to be more than 1400 units.

Names for the condos are going to be “Ulana” and “The Park on Ward”.

This new plan was just turned in yesterday to the Hawaii Community Development Authority.
When they approve it, those new towers are going to be 8th and 9th condo in this Kakaako city development.

Where Sport Authority was is now called Ohana Hale Marketplace.
It is sad we lose this place,,, I hope they are going to move this whole stores to some other location.
But, we are not just losing fun area. We can expect some more new restaurants and shops at the gourd floor of this new tower!
Great to have more fancy places to hang out.

Moreover, Howard Hughes is planning to have more parks, local residences, and environment for pedestrians.
It is great to leave a car, just walk around the safe neighborhood browsing trendy stores.
Exciting!

If, I mean,,, When the train reaches here, this area is going to be even more happening.
I cannot wait to see how this Word Village is going to be.
