I was born and raised in Japan and graduated from University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1998.

Then after 20 years management experience in Japan, I moved my interest in Hawaii.

Managing Hawaiian Properties by the way of Japanese style. We worked as one team. All for One, One for All.

Plus this is Hawaii, so we have to enjoy staying here. Share the joy with the owners and guests.

For the long term rentals, we do advertise in Trulia, Zillow, Apartment.com, Vivi Navi, Aloha Street, Hawaiini sumu, Facebook, and our website.

We do clean our units by our own company. That is not the normal thing to do  in Hawaii.

It is time and cost taking doing the vacation rental using Airbnb, HomeAway, VRBO, Booking.com, Instagram, Facebook and our website because of so many inquires and short of human resource.

However, we know it is the best way to clean by our own and manage because we can reflect the reviews from the guest  instantly.

Time matters.

With more than 20 employees, we will grow strong by listening to the owners and guests.

We will keep managing with the joy.
